Very good points, very well put. I personally prefer underselling. I trust that once someone understands what another person does, trusts them, finds value in them/their services, and builds a connection based on more than "buy/sell", the sale or referral will happen. Hard-sell, whether in person or on the web, makes me similarly avoid the person or situation!
